Shipping, Returns, Exchanges
SHIPPING
All items are made to order, unless specifically stated otherwise. Production Time for orders is typically 5-7 business days (may be longer during holidays, launches, or sales). Rush Order Production options are available. After production, orders will be promptly shipped.
Shipping times vary depending on your shipping selection at checkout. Please note: The shipping times begin once the order has shipped. Production time + shipping time = total time for your order to arrive.
Orders will ship via USPS. A tracking number will be provided. Once an order has shipped it is in the control of USPS, and USPS should be contacted regarding delays or lost shipments.
Please verify your shipping information before placing your order. Orders cannot be redirected once shipped. Customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with returned orders that were undeliverable and need to be reshipped.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and changes to an order cannot be accepted once an order begins production due to the custom, made-to-order, nature of hand stamped pieces. If production has not begun, we will do our best to make accommodations. Changes that involve a price increase or decrease may require a cancellation of the initial order and the correct order placed. Email order@dandelionanddot.com with your name and order number to make a request. Please note that emails may not be received immediately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are not accepted for personalized items (names, initials, birth flowers, etc). Personalized items are made according to the information provided at checkout. Spelling, capitalization, etc are stamped as written in the order notes and errors of such are not grounds for return, refund, or exchange. Carefully review your order before placing it.
Returns can be made for non-personalized items within SEVEN DAYS of delivery date. For an item to be accepted for a return it must be unworn, in the same condition it was received in, and in its original packaging.
To begin the return process, email us at order@dandelionanddot.com with ‘Return’ and your order number in the subject line. Please provide a reason for your return. If your return is accepted, instructions on how to send the item back will be provided. The cost of shipping the return will be paid by the customer.
Once the item has been received in its original condition and packaging, store credit will be issued in the amount paid for the item. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items not received in their original condition or packaging may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Items sent back without first receiving return approval will not be accepted.
